How it all works with J Sullivan Metals
1. Arrive at our site

When you arrive at our site, proceed directly to the designated loading/unloading area. Carefully manoeuvre your vehicle in reverse, aligning it with our trade-standard, calibrated weighing scale.

2. Weighing materials

Unload your material and weigh each grade separately. We can assist with unloading. If you are unsure, our team of experts can also help sort the material into grades. 

4. Payment and waste transfer

We will then issue a self bill/ controlled waste transfer note and the money will be transferred into your bank account or alternatively we can issue a printed cheque.

3. Proof of ID check

ID check UK driving license or government issued photo ID and proof of address (most recent utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement).

At J. Sullivan Metals, we make it easy for you to sell your scrap metal to us for recycling. You can bring your scrap metal directly to our South Norwood site for weighing and instant payment, or we can arrange a convenient collection service for larger loads.
